Lincoln is home to so many businesses and activities that can fill an entire day from sun up to sun down. To start, I would start by attending one of my favorite brunch places, The Green Gateau. Not only does The Green Gateau offer the best brunch in Lincoln, the french inspired environment makes for a great start to the day. After leaving brunch, I would spend time thrifting at some of my favorite thrift stores in town; Transformations, Bud’s Thrift Shoppe or Goodwill. After thrifting, I could find myself visiting the Nebraska Capitol where I enjoy learning about Nebraska’s state and political history. Not to mention, the 360 views of the Capital City are breathtaking! I would start to end my day with a nice dinner at one of many restaurants in Lincoln’s Haymarket. A well spent day in Lincoln topped off with great food and the buzzing, evening environment of the Haymarket. Cheers to a great day in LNK!
