Back to school means fall and fall means football season! 🏈🎈

The start of my semester has been super busy here in Lincoln! I spend my week nights often super involved with extracurricular activities and various meetings. During the day I find myself attending class, sipping some sort of pumpkin-flavored coffee from locations close to campus or working my part-time internship at Ameritas.

What a great time of year! However, as students, the start of a new year can be super overwhelming. It’s very important to prioritize our time well so that we can make time for those extracurricular activities that we all love. It’s important to remember all of the great resources on campus that can help us stay on top of school and help reduce our stress.

From personal experience, nothing is more rewarding than going into my weekend knowing I worked super hard from an academic standpoint. This allows us as students to take a break from the academics and busy life as we know it and truly embrace the social part of college!

What a great feeling; waking up on Husker Game-day and getting to participate in all of those wonderful game-day traditions! Whether we attend the game in the student section, watch in our dorm or apartment or sip on a cocktail at the Railyard, Lincoln has a game-day experience for everyone!

We should be excited to be back in school as it comes with so many perks. However, grinding it out during the week allows us to enjoy the weekends and Husker Football to its full potential. 🏈🎈
